If Moving Out Follow These Steps:

  • Read Exhibit E to the lease below
  • Please Read Your Lease. Important sub-paragraphs to the lease: 1, 14, 15, and 23. It would be a good idea to review other sub-paragraphs as needed.
  • Move Out Notices Need To Be By US Postal, Not By Phone, and Not By E-mail.
  • Again, US Postal For Move Out Notices and forwarding addresses. Reading the instructions below or reading the papers given to you at move in will SAVE you countless hours.

A MUST!

IT IS IMPROTANT FOR YOU TO READ YOUR LEASE. 30 DAY NOTICES,  Notices need to be given 30 days before the 1st. If notice is given on the 20th of April, and you give 30 day notice, your move out day would be May 31st, not the 20th of May. If you gave written notice on the 10th of April your move out would be May 31st. If we received notice on March 31st your move out would be April 30.  Some may think that it would be 20th to the 20th, or 10th to the 10th.

30 Day notices in writing, not by phone, email, or in person, US POSTAL only.

At the top of page one of the lease you will find several websites for reference. Please review the lease, if you have lost your lease, we can make a copy for you.
