Our Standards Are Based On Our Policies

 Standards and relationships work great, but when standards and relationships are in conflict, we have choices to make. Do we hold on to the standards we have set in our business and our lives or do we hold to the non-complying events in our relationships. Letting go of either will result in pain. Th pain of letting go of a non-complying relationship lasts only a few hours. The pain in the result of letting go of a standard will eat at your gut and never end, its endless pain.

Usually when we let go of the relationship, it will create critics. We have our share of critics. But it needs to be realized that standards create relationships. Standard and relationships hold true with daily events in our lives. It holds true with traffic laws, marriage, business, religion, and anything we do as a group of people or any one-on-one relationship. If we had no standards, life and business would lead to relationship disorder. 

By following this policy, it creates commitment which turns into results, accountability which turns into healthy relationships, Responsibility which leads to success, Integrity creating honesty     and Self respect, allowing all parties to be the very best in daily events.

At times, some tenants in a relationship disorder with our companies are not in agreement about appropriate guidelines and behavior outlined in our standards and policies, set forth in our lease and exhibits to the lease. This will create a relationship disorder and will either result in an eviction, and or a critic.
