We don't need to manage your properties, we want to, we hope to manage them and we both will know if we are a fit for each other within 30 minutes into our presentation.
I will be brutally honest, if you don't like our systems or we feel we are not a fit for you, it's best for us to go our different ways. Isn't that what you want, both of us being brutally honest. Most management companies are so desperate to get your business they'll say almost anything to get it. If either one of us doesn't feel its a fit its best to move on and not hound each other.
